CE conformity marking: The marking means that the manufacturer must fulfil all obligations based on the technical regulations and all conformity assessments on the product.

Technical documentation: The technical documentation contains information on the records and documents indicating that the product has been manufactured in compliance with the technical regulations and that the design, production and operation are appropriate.

Lift Directive: The Lift Directive sets out basic health and safety requirements for lifts that transport people, people and loads or loads, ensuring the safety of the equipment before it enters the market.

 

The CE in CE marking consists of:

 

​​​​​​​​For CE conformity marking, it is necessary to minimize and maximize the marking in order to measure it as shown in the diagram above.

The CE marking must be of the same shape in the vertical dimension.

The vertical dimension must be less than 5 mm, and this minimum size can override small safety features.

Lifts (all types of systems) must be CE marked according to the notified body number.
